Lasagne With Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 to 3 small carrots
    1 small-medium onion
    4 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. flour
    olive oil
    12 oz. lasagne
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    For The Sauce:
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Combine with flour and cook roux for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat.
    Add milk. Stir constantly until sauce thickens.
    Add Parmesan cheese. Season to taste.
    Set aside.
