Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, cut into chunks
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 c. raw regular rice (not Minute)
    1 can water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage and drain. Brown ground beef. Mix with onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix together all ingredients. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until cabbage is tender.
