Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine by hand or with mixer.
    Add egg, mixing well.
    Add lemon flavoring.
    Gradually add flour until fairly stiff dough.
    Roll into small balls and press on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 just until edges turn light brown.
