Eastern Shore Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, milk, eggs and sugar.
Beat at high speed with mixer.
Add flavoring.
Mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
