Oatmeal Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quick oats
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. unbleached flour
    3/4 c. soy flour
    1 c. oil
    1 c. honey or raw sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coriander, ground (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add oil and honey, then enough water to make stiff.
    Knead thoroughly.
    Roll very thin.
    Prick with a fork and mark off in squares.
    Bake in slow or moderate oven at 300\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
