White Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter, baking soda and cream of tartar together in bowl with mixer until crumbly.
    Mix together eggs, milk and vanilla and add to flour mixture.
    Pat dough on floured board.
    Roll to 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut with cookie cutter. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
