Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. whole milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat yolks until
    light and fluffy.
    Add half of sugar, flour, cornstarch, butter,
    salt and milk (both evaporated and whole). Mix well
    and
    heat
    in double boiler until lukewarm. While heating caramelize 3/4 cup sugar.
    Pour quickly into egg mixture; stir constantly until thick.
    Add vanilla;\tpour into baked pie shell and
    cover
    with
    meringue.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown. Let cool 2 hours.
