Texas Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 green cabbage
1/2 red cabbage
1 large onion
1 carrot, grated
1/2 c. salad oil
1 medium bell pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Day before, put cabbage, green pepper, onion and carrots in mixing bowl; toss lightly.
In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Beat until smooth and blended.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss lightly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
