Country Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small stalk celery
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    dash of pepper
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham, chicken or turkey
    2/3 c. cooked green beans, peas, corn or mixed vegetables
    1 pkg. biscuits
Preparation
    Chop celery, onion and green pepper.
    In a large saucepan, cook in margarine until all are tender.
    Stir in flour, basil and pepper.
    Add milk and cook until thickened and bubbly, then cook and stir 1 minute more.
    Stir in meat and vegetables.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Cut biscuits into fourths.
    Place on mixture. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until brown.
