Jellied Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. ice cubes
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. sliced stuffed olives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. cooked cut green beans
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
    Add vinegar and ice and stir until jello begins to thicken (about 3 to 5 minutes). Remove unmelted ice.
    Fold in vegetables and pour into 4 cup mold or individual molds.
    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
    Unmold and garnish with crisp salad greens and mayonnaise.
    Makes 6 servings.
