Mom'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cultured sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Beat well.
Gradually add flour, baking powder and soda.
Beat well. Place 1/2 mixture in buttered 9-inch tube pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 topping on top.
Place remaining batter on top and sprinkle on remaining topping.
