Greek Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small onion
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    10 oz. chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1 stick oleo margarine
Preparation
    Melt the oleo in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, leaving only enough oleo to coat the pan and pour the rest into the mixing bowl.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a fork or spoon. Pour the batter into a pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    When the bread is done, top it with your favorite cheese!
