Orange Rice With Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken breasts (Tyson)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. celery, cut
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1/4 c. almonds, sliced
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat large skillet.
    Add oil and chicken.
    Saute until tender. Remove chicken and set aside.
    In same skillet melt margarine and saute celery.
    Stir in orange slices, chicken, rice, almonds and salt.
    Toss together until all heated.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
