Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
3 to 3 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Soften yeast in two tablespoons water; add remaining water and flour, mixed with salt, until a bread-like dough is formed.
Let rise until almost double; punch down and stretch over the bottom of a buttered pizza pan or cookie sheet with buttered fingers. Add your favorite pizza filling and bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
