Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pears (unpeeled), grated
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add sugar to the grated pears and let set 20 minutes.
Beat eggs with oil and let set.
Measure flour, soda and salt together. Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour or until done.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
