Christmas Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large pkg. cream cheese
1/2 to 1 can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 small green pepper, diced
10 maraschino cherries, cut up
a little bit onion

Preparation

Cream the softened cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Serve with Social crackers.
Will be soft, more like a dip than a cheese ball.
Pretty looking as well as good tasting!!
