Potato Casserole 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Defrost hash browns.
    Combine in large mixing bowl with 1/2 cup of the melted butter.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add onion soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Blend ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole dish.
    Mix remaining butter with corn flakes and sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
