Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped popcorn (remove \"Old Maids\" and set aside)
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks oleo or butter
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil together the brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Stir in soda (will foam up).
    Pour into the popcorn.
    Spread on cookie sheets.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
    Pour out on wax paper to cool.
