Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 pack lemon drink supplement
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. skim milk
1 dash lite salt
4 Tbsp. nuts (optional)
3 packs vanilla pudding supplement
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Sugar Twin
1 Tbsp. corn oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer.
Spray tube pan with Pam.
Bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven (preheated).
Turn oven off after the 15 minutes of cooking time.
Leave cake in the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
