Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. chicken
    1 1/2 lb. pkg. medium noodles
    5 or 6 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 oz. jar pimento
Preparation
    Cook chicken until meat falls off bones.
    Drain.
    Reserve broth.
    Cook noodles in half the broth.
    Blend flour into remaining broth to make gravy.
    Add salt and pepper and soup to gravy.
    Layer chicken, noodles and gravy in 2-quart casserole. Top with pimiento.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
