Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. diced cantaloupe
    1 c. seedless grapes
    1/2 c. walnuts
    2 Tbsp. finely slivered candied ginger
    1/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bone and skin chicken, if necessary.
    Cut into 1-inch cubes. Toss with curry, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Refrigerate until cold.
    Then combine cantaloupe, grapes, nuts, ginger, sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate.
    Great for luncheon!
