Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 large carrot
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 box Tater Tots
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Put it in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Slice onion into rings and sprinkle on top of meat.
    Slice carrot and put on top of onion.
    Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 can water.
    Spread mushroom soup over carrots.
    Line Tater Tots on top.
    Bake,
    uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
