Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Slice carrots into dime-size slices.
    Boil in salted water 15 minutes; drain.
    Place carrots in dish and top with onion rings and green pepper rings.
    Pour hot mixture* over all.
    Serve hot or cold.
