Scallop Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs and cracker crumbs.
    Add milk, salt, pepper, sugar, creamed corn and butter.
    Mix well.
    Dot the top of the mixture with butter and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
