Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 stick butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar; add eggs and flour, mixing well. Stir in buttermilk, nutmeg and flavoring.
    Pour into pie shell; bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in center of oven.
    Freezes well, that is if someone doesn't eat it before you can get to the freezer with it.
