Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe avocados
    2 tsp. grated fresh onion
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped peeled tomato
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. ground coriander
    1/8 tsp. pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cut avocados in
    half
    lengthwise; remove pit and peel. Mash by putting avocado through a food mill or mash in a small bowl with fork.
    Stir
    in
    remaining
    ingredients.
    Cover with plastic wrap, placing
    wrap
    directly
    on
    surface
    to prevent darkening and chill at least
    2
    hours or 3.
    Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.
