Marinated French Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. Wyler's or Steero beef flavor instant bouillon or 2 beef flavor bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 (2 lb.) beef brisket, pierced
    6 French bread rolls, cut in half
Preparation
    In large shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients, except brisket and bread; add brisket.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
    Cover; roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender, turning after 45 minutes. Remove meat from baking dish; reserve cooking juices.
    Cut brisket into thin slices; serve on rolls with juices for dipping. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
