Wrap Around Cherry Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
maraschino cherries

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cherries.
Wrap dough around drained maraschino cherries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Use cherry juice and powdered sugar to make icing.
