Kraut Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage, well drained
    1 can chopped kraut, well drained
    4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
    chopped onions
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain well.
    Drain kraut well.
    Let cream cheese soften.
    Mix all sausage, kraut and cream cheese by hand. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours.
    Form into balls.
    Dip balls into beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs and parsley. Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
