Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, chilled
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, diced
    3/4 bottle Catalina dressing
    1 large pkg. Fritos
Preparation
    Prepare lettuce as for any tossed salad.
    Drain and wash chilled beans; add to lettuce.
    Add tomatoes, onion and cheese. Add dressing 30 minutes before serving.
    Crushed Fritos are added and mixed well immediately before serving, not earlier.
    Serves 12.
