Guacamole Tomato Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 avocados
    2 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel,
    pit
    and
    dice avocados.
    Combine with remaining ingredients. Blend in electric blender until light and fluffy. Chill.
    Serve on
    lettuce leaves as a salad, as a dip or sauce for some vegetables. Serves 8 to 10.
