Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breast, cooked and cut up
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Double recipe for an 8 x 13-inch pan.
    Put chicken in bottom of pan.
    Mix the sour cream and soup together; spread over chicken.
    Cover with crackers.
    Pour over melted margarine; sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice.
