Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 single cut brisket
1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix

Preparation

Put soup mix over meat.
Cover with foil.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2-3 hours.
Should be fork tender and very juicy.
Slice thin at angle.
