Codfish And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 codfish fillet
1 medium can tomato sauce
1 red pepper
garlic powder to taste
3 potatoes (large)
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Clean codfish well.
Boil and drain.
Clean again.
(Get rid of all salt.)
Boil again until tender.
Boil potatoes (firm).
Cool. In frying pan, add remaining ingredients and stir regularly on medium heat.
Add codfish and potatoes.
