Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet potatoes, drained and heated
    3/4 c flour
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 c sugar
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 T vanilla
    1/2 c milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c pecans
    4 T bourbon
Preparation
    Drain the sweet potatoes and heat.
    Then add
    1 stick of margarine (melted), flour, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar (white), milk, nutmeg and eggs.
    Mix this well and pour into a long dish.
    Melt the other stick of margarine and mix in the pecans, brown sugar and bourbon.
    Spread this over the potato mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until set in the center.
