Smokey Mountain Dandelion Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. dandelion blossoms
    4 oranges
    4 lemons
    2 gal. water
    8 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Gather dandelion blossoms, no stems.
    Boil blooms with rind and juice of oranges and lemons in the water for 1/2 hour.
    Let set for 24 hours, then strain.
    Add sugar and yeast.
    Leave in a covered crock for 2 weeks, steam again and bottle.
    Allow to age.
