Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon
nuts
Preparation
-
Fold first 8 ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top along with nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
