Tortellini Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
    1 lb. Provolone cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. carrots, thinly sliced or shredded
    1/2 to 1 c. cucumber or zucchini, chopped
    8 oz. bottle Italian salad dressing
    6 Seastix, chopped and shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook tortellini as directed on package.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add McCormick salad seasoning to zest up flavor.
    Can vary vegetables to your taste.
    Try adding green pepper, olives, tomatoes or broccoli.
