Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes on High (100%) for 15 to 17 minutes (be sure to prick with fork before cooking) on paper towel.
    Let potatoes stand 5 minutes.
    Slice off top of potato; scoop out inside to make 6 shells.
    (Grapefruit spoon works fine.)
    In bowl mash together the scooped out potato, butter, salt and pepper.
    Add milk until fluffy.
    Spoon into shells.
    Add dash of paprika or 1 tablespoon grated cheese on top.
    Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes, turning half turn only.
    Reheat in regular oven if desired.
