Merry Old Sole(For 4 Persons As First Course) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 filets of sole
    8 medium shrimp
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. hollandaise sauce
    4 oz. Gruyere or Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Butter 4 small baking dishes.
    Place a filet in each.
    Thinly slice the cheese and put on top of fish.
    Top with 2 shrimp each. Pour the hollandaise equally over the four servings.
    Sprinkle parsley over tops.
    Broil for approximately 10 minutes until fish flakes easily and sauce is lightly browned.
