Chili Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. can whole green chilies
    8 oz. shredded Jack cheese
    8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
    1 c. half and half
    1/3 c. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Split and wash green peppers.
    Take out seeds; drain.
    Mix half and half, flour, eggs, salt and pepper.
