Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits

Preparation

Cream together margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
Beat well.
Mix in flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and cloves.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour batter in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with chocolate bits.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
