Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small zucchini, diced (about 3 to 4 c.)
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste
    parsley to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie pan.
    Bake for about 1/2 hour.
