Manicotti(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 manicotti noodles, cooked as directed, drain and cool
    1 (24 oz.) carton fat-free cottage cheese
    1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
    egg substitute to equal 2 eggs (two real eggs add fat)
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    dash of salt
    1 large bottle Prego spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, spinach, egg substitute, parsley, Parmesan cheese and salt.
    Fill noodles with mixture.
    Spray two 9 x 13-inch pans with Pam and line stuffed noodles in the pans.
    Top with Prego.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Remove and cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Leftovers can be frozen and reheated later.
