Cheese Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower (trim leaves and base)
salt to taste (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Precook whole cauliflower in boiling salted water 12 to 15 minutes.
Drain.
Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt (optional).
Combine mayonnaise or salad dressing with mustard.
Spread over cauliflower.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
