Mom'S Pan Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pieces chicken
1/2 c. flour
salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika to flavor (approximately 1/2 to 1 tsp. of each)
2 to 4 c. oil (depends on depth and size of pan used to cook in)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a plastic bag and shake well.
Put each piece of chicken in bag.
Shake well and cover each piece with flour.
Pour oil in frying pan; heat.
Place chicken in pan. Fry on stove top at medium heat until chicken is golden brown.
