Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 smaller pans.
    Mix all ingredients. Beat 30 seconds.
    Pour into pan(s).
    Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Bake 9-inch loaf 60 to 70 minutes; 8-inch loaf, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool slightly.
    Loosen from sides of pan. Remove from pan and cool completely.
    To store, wrap and refrigerate no more than 1 week.
