Pork Normandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 pork chops (each 1/2-inch thick)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 medium apple, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    In skillet in hot oil, cook pork chops about 10 minutes or until brown.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup, apple juice, celery and thyme.\tReduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over noodles.
    Makes 6 servings.
