    1 pkg. onion soup (dry Lipton) mix
    1 jar Smucker's apricot preserves (12 oz.)
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in
    flat pan or baking dish.
    Pour bottle Red Russian dressing over chicken.\tSprinkle package of onion soup over dressing.

    pan
    with
    foil and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour
    or until chicken is tender.
    Halfway through baking you can take foil off.
