M&M Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. M&M plain candies (coarsely chop 1 1/2 c. by hand)
    1 c. Blue Bonnet margarine
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. plain flour (I use White Lily self-rising flour)
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat together sugars and margarine until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla and eggs.
    Add flour of choice; mix well.
    Stir in candies and nuts.
    Spoon onto cookie sheet.
    Top cookies before or after baking with whole M&M's.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes.
    Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
